Cwm Ceffyl Ranch is pleased to be producing beef in heart of the USA that is more healthy than any imported from South America or the mega-expensive Japanese beef or the fatter breeds in favor for commercial beef produced domestically.  Texas Longhorns are the most American of any breed of cattle, having been present on this continent since Columbus' second voyage to the new world.  They also are the most healthy beef you can consume.   Our Colorado Healthy Beef is processed only by USDA inspected processors.

 

Cwm Ceffyl Ranch is also a member of the "Colorado Proud" program under the Colorado Department of Agriculture.

 

Cwm Ceffyl Ranch sells custom all natural Texas Longhorn beef.  Longhorn beef is lean and low in cholesterol and fat, much lower than any other beef.   We use no growth stimulants, no steroids, no implants, and  a minimum of antibiotics for treatment only.  Our cattle are on grass pasture most of the time and always given plenty of room to exercise.  We take great pride in giving the cattle the most stress free life that we possibly can.  That shows up in the form of beef that is healthy and delicious to eat. 

 

 

We sell the beef by the whole animal, a side (1/2 of the animal) or a quarter.  We usually have ground beef to sell by the pound.  Quarters are priced at $3.19 per pound hanging weight for a quarter, $3.09 per pound for a side, and $2.99 per pound for the entire animal (you pay the processing fee); grass fed lean ground beef sold by the package is priced at $4.00 per pound (processing fee already paid).  Contact Cwm Ceffyl Ranch for information on available animals.  We currently have a good supply of packaged ground beef in 1 lb. packages.  Contact us soon to order a whole animal, a side, a quarter, or some ground beef.
